BRIAN LITTRELL HEALTHY HEART CLUB FOR KIDS
Brian Littrell was diagnosed with a congenital heart defect as a child and at the age of 22 he underwent open-heart surgery to repair the congenital defect. In his desire to help children who suffer from similar heart conditions, and those at risk of developing future heart-related problems, Brian founded the Brian Littrell Healthy Heart Club for Kids. The Club provides a fun and innovative learning environment that emphasizes physical activity, nutrition, positive self-esteem, and an overall heart-healthy lifestyle.
